The most common symptoms of sleep apnea are snoring, frequent urination during the night, daytime drowsiness, and trouble concentrating. If you wake up and immediately brew a pot of coffee, or if you notice you have dry mouth in the morning, then it’s important that you get tested as soon as possible.
