Payment Plans and Insurance
Our office welcomes traditional payment methods of cash, check and credit cards. We can arrange monthly payment plans to fit any budget through Springstone, Care Credit, and Chase Health Advance, three highly reputable third party financing institutions.
We are able to work with and accept most dental insurances for your dental care. Likewise, we are able to accept most medical insurance to treat sleep apnea. Dr. Clements is also Medicare approved. We are very adept at arranging monthly payments to cover balances that insurance does not cover.
