Dr. Nelson Clements
Since graduation from the Medical College of Georgia in 1980 with his DMD degree, Dr. Nelson Clements has offered advanced general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry to patients in the Valdosta area. He is dedicated to his craft, studying new dental procedures and learning about progressive dental technology. Dr Clements enjoys sharing his knowledge with other dental professionals, and he teaches courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry at the Dental Healthcare Centre in Cleveland. He formerly served as a clinical instructor at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and he understands the important relationship between oral health, beauty, and function.

Keely Frech, Treatment Coordinator and Dental Assistant
Keely was born and raised in Valdosta, GA. She has worked in several areas of the dental field, helping patients chair-side, as well as aiding patients with their treatment and insurance needs. Keely is an experienced patient care coordinator and insurance liaison. She has worked in the dental field for 12 years.
Keely and her husband Matt have three children. When she is not at the office she enjoys spending time with her family, attending children’s events, gardening, and going to the beach.
Amy Jack, Dental Hygienist
Amy has worked in the dental field for over 13 years and has been part of our staff for five years. She completed her mastership of dental hygiene at the JP Institute. Amy is happy to work with a staff like no other, one that treats patients like family.
She loves to listen and understand her patients’ needs, and she takes great pride in her professional relationships. Amy enjoys changing lives for the better and educating our patients on how to achieve and maintain optimal dental health.
Amy and her husband John have two children. When she is not at the office, she likes to go shopping and work out at the gym.
Kathy Burnum, Dental Assistant
For over 32 years, Kathy has been involved with dentistry. She holds a degree in dental assisting and is certified in expanded duties, radiology, and oral sedation. Kathy loves our friendly staff – and being part of it! She appreciates our close-knit team of dental assistants and hygienists who believe in “our patients come first.” As a true health advocate, Kathy condones our ban on amalgam fillings. She believes that we should always strive to provide the safest, most durable and esthetic solutions to our valued patients.
Kathy has two stepchildren with her husband, Ed. She likes reading, yard work, travel, and fresh-water fishing.
Karen Sanders, Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager
Karen has been part of the team for nine years. She enjoys advancing her education and has taken several courses in neuromuscular dentistry, sleep apnea, and implant dentistry. Karen wants every patient to feel like family when they step into the office. She gets excited about dentistry improving quality of life, confidence, and overall health. Karen makes dental visits a comfortable experience for all of our patients.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hunting, and going deep-sea fishing.
